We own multiple coffee shops and have never had issues with other ones. This product was installed and worked fine for 2 months. It then started sticking and spraying water everywhere. We tried to work with support but were unable to resolve issue or get replacement. This review may be a little premature since it just arrived today and I have yet to have it installed. Just as a background, like many, if not all of the reviewers here are cafe owners, I built and ran a cafe some years ago. I had one of these rinsers before, but one that came from Espresso Parts. Don't get me wrong, I love that store, but I was less than pleased with their 6x6 rinser. The material was thin and lightweight. What's the big deal? It's just for light duty rinsing but we still need to hold manufacturers to higher quality products, unlike the progressively lower quality we are conditioned to accept. With that said, I like the quality materials used in this rinser. It is fairly heavy for what it is. You can't twist it or bend it. It's pretty heavy gauge material. You can knock on it and it also sounds heavy. I like it. However, it is not exactly as pictured. The sprayer is set in the center of the sink instead of on the opposite side of the drain. Is it a big deal? Maybe, maybe not. The purpose is to rinse cups, so it may not be a big deal, however, I do intend to install a bar sink above it, so it MAY cause issues. We'll see. The contractors are working on it now.The sprayer is also metal, I assume and hope it is genuine stainless steel, unlike the one from EP. However, the photo looks like the entire sprayer is metal, but there are transparent tubing on the fingers, which may cause issues with grime build-up under, so maintenance cost may be higher. I mentioned, "hope it is genuine stainless steel because I have purchased stainless steel products, made in China that were not stainless steel and caused all kinds of issues. We bought this sink for our cafe. I chose this sink over the one that is flush with the counter height because I also installed a hot water faucet and I needed room to put a cup or pitcher underneath it.It is a nicely constructed sink, but I haven’t been able to connect the glass washer yet as the size of the connector in which the incoming water line is attached to is an odd size. This wouldn’t be an issue if you have a plumber handy, but I’m too cheap to pay someone else to install it so instead I’ll wait until my husband gets motivated enough to sweat the right connector adaptor to it.A note that this item comes directly from China so it takes a long time to arrive. It took almost a month for me, but if you compare the prices with similar products on the market it’s worth the savings. This is an almost perfect pitcher rinser. It is great size and has a compact profile with the added plus of drying grates. The one thing that would improve it would be to add the same edges to sides as are on the ends. We had our own sides fabricated out of sheet metal and it greatly improved the design to keep water from dripping down inside the counter from the open sides.Solid performance. Feels like it’s made of quality materials, but the sprayer doesn’t always get everything out of the cups when rinsing.Using this for my coffee shop and it was easy to install. I have had no problems with it so far and we are reaching a year shortly!I looked high and low for a flush mount pitcher rinser for our cafe- was very excited to find this one. Excellent customer service and great product.
