It doesn't look or feel cheap. Of course it works. It is shockingly small, but then just right for making a true macchiato.It works well and I can get some great for us off of my oat milk. My only wish is that it had measuring lines inside.Just what I wanted for my morning cortadoPerfect for what I use it for. Pours well and it’s sturdy.It says the size in the description, so ultimately this is my fault, but it's very small, so just be prepared for that. Feels high quality though.Got a taste for breve cortados, and was wasting entirely too much half and half using the 16oz milk pitcher that comes with the Breville Barista Express.This is the perfect size for macchiatos and cortados. With macchitos you'll probably still waste a few oz of milk, but I think if you go any smaller it'd be pretty hard to get right texture before the milk gets too hot. For cortados, there is virtually no milk waste.The only possible issue is perhaps if you have a really powerful steam wand - you might have a hard time getting all the texturing in before the milk comes to temp. It works fine with the Breville Barista Express, but I imagine that higher end machines have much stronger steam wands. I think this is a case where slightly lower steam power might work better.I did NOT buy this for its espresso purpose. I bought this to teach my toddler how to pour and drunk from a cup without any protection of a soppy lid. After a few spills, she got the hang of it and now has decaf, herbal tea parties for her stuffed animals. She loves it.My initial idea to buy this is for my daughter to practice pouring liquid on her own and this is perfect!It’s the perfect size for toddlers hand, perfect size for the amount of liquid that holds in there for her. It is not too heavy but very sturdy!needed a bigger milk thing for my cappuccino maker. this did the trick.This was exactly the style and type i wanted. Fits perfectly with a small teapot I already had and tray.Excellent qualité, parfait pour mousser le lait, bonne grandeur.The 12 oz is just a tiny bit too big for the Nespresso Essenza Mini. It is a fraction taller than 3.5 inches
