Was purchased for warming creamer for coffee. Has yet to be used for that. It gets used for essential oils and other stuff in mixing my own organic products. If I would have been thinking with full brain power at the time, I would have ordered 2, now that I have used this one and dearly love. Need to purchase 2 more anyway. Well made glass, lite weight and measurements on side is very readable without breaking out magnify glass. Cleans up very good. Need to pin on Pinterest.Light, durable, and perfect for my needs. I use it to melt butter in the microwave, as a creamer for coffee, and for sugar syrup for iced tea. So far has not shattered in the microwave, has withstood the dishwasher and has lovely clean lines. Also can be used easily by my southpaw SO when he sits across the table from me.
